How to use it
  1. Add each risk with a short name and an owner.
  2. Set likelihood and impact from 1 to 5; the card moves on the quadrant.
  3. Choose a treatment: avoid, reduce, transfer or accept.
  4. Export the board to a slide or share the JSON with your risk log.
