Readiness heatmap: five capabilities against four readiness dimensions

Each capability is a row scored across People, Process, Data and Technology. Green is ready, amber needs work, and the red cell is the dimension that blocks rollout for that row.

Reading the matrix row by row names the blocker per capability. Sequencing the rollout means clearing the red cells in the order that unlocks the most dependent work first.

Readiness heatmap: five capabilities against four readiness dimensions A five-by-four readiness heatmap. Rows are capabilities to roll out: Digital intake, Asset MDM, LTDS publishing, OT-IT split and Carbon-aware design. Columns are readiness dimensions: People, Process, Data and Technology. Each cell carries a state read against a legend: green Ready, amber Needs work, red Blocker. Digital intake and Asset MDM are both blocked on Data, LTDS publishing on Process, OT-IT split on Technology, and Carbon-aware design has no single blocker. Rows with a blocker carry a red spine on their label. A closing note in red says to clear the Data blockers first, because unblocking that one dimension releases two capabilities before the single-row blockers.
