Metadata register: definition, lineage, quality and owner

Each data entity is one row, marked Yes or No on whether it has a definition, traceable lineage, an enforced quality rule and a named owner. The coverage column rolls the four into one status so the gaps are obvious.

Full coverage means a definition, lineage, a quality rule and an owner all exist; None means the entity is undocumented and ungoverned. The fault log scoring No across the board is exactly what the register surfaces.

D definition, L lineage, Q quality rules, O named owner. Up to eight entities; names of 22 characters fit the matrix.
