Kickoff artefact readiness board: six artefacts checked against four gates

Each row is a kickoff artefact and each column a readiness gate. A row clears for kickoff only when every gate passes; one blocked gate holds the whole row.

The board makes readiness explicit. A row that passes every gate is ready. A row with any block is held, so kickoff slips only on a named gap rather than a vague sense that something is unfinished.

The Scope statement is blocked at Reviewed and Signed, and the Risk and waiver log is blocked from Sourced onward. A green and red legend names the two states, and a red note states the gate rule: every gate must pass and one block holds the row.
